ABOUT US
Sloane Construction Company was founded by General
Contractor Scott Sloane in 1981 to provide superior quality
residential construction to the Palm Beach, Florida,
community. The company has since grown to become one of the
leading high end residential construction companies in South
Florida building and restoring homes for some of the most
discerning owners, architects and designers.
A commercial
construction division was established in 2000 to address
South Florida’s growing need for superior commercial
builders as well.
In 2002 a construction management division
was added.
We had been brought in too many times to fix
projects that had been failing due to poor construction
management. Although there are many contractors who can get
the building part done, they could not
manage the business end and control costs and schedules.
After reviving several projects we decided that if there was
independent project management representing the owners need,
there would be more successful Contractor /Owner
relationships. We do not add to the cost of construction, we
keep it realistic.
