Cost planning is undertaken using current market knowledge to provide the client with a budget for the project. The cost plan is adjusted through each iteration of the design as it develops.

Using computer assisted planning tools, Sloane Construction Company, Inc. provides programming and scheduling for all projects from outline development time frames to detailed construction programs and schedules using precedence linked critical path networks. This also includes preparation of programs as part of contractual claims.
